TCC Concept Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary NES Data Private Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the acquisition of land in Pune. This strategic move is set to facilitate the development of a next-generation Data Centre Campus with a planned IT Load Capacity of up to 60 MW.

The proposed campus will be located at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi, Pune. This project represents a major step in TCC Concept Limited’s strategy to build a diversified digital infrastructure platform. The development follows the Company's existing operations, as NES Data currently owns and operates a 4 MW enterprise data centre in Pune.

This expansion significantly enhances TCC's digital infrastructure business. The proposed 60 MW capacity will be developed alongside the current assets, with the company targeting an aggregate data centre capacity of 100 MW within its medium-term strategic objectives.

Strategic Focus and Location Advantage​

The campus location in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park provides robust power availability, excellent fibre connectivity, and proximity to leading technology companies, making it ideally suited for hyperscale and enterprise data centre development. The project is planned in phases and will incorporate global standards of reliability, sustainability, operational efficiency, and energy management.

This acquisition strengthens TCC’s long-term portfolio and positions the Company to cater to rising demand across various sectors, including cloud service providers, AI companies, enterprises, financial institutions, and government organizations.

  • Extending TCC's existing operational platform from a 4 MW enterprise data centre through the development of an additional campus offering up to 60 MW capacity.

Commenting on the proposed acquisition, Umesh Sahay, Chairman and Managing Director of TCC Concept Limited, stated that this is an important milestone in the company's vision for a future-ready digital infrastructure platform. He noted that following the successful establishment of their enterprise data centre in Pune, the development of the 60 MW campus represents the next phase of growth.

Mr. Sahay added that as demand accelerates across AI infrastructure, cloud services, and digital transformation, the investment will significantly strengthen TCC's position within one of India's fastest-growing technology sectors, creating long-term value for shareholders.

TCC Concept Limited shares closed lower today, shedding 0.51% to settle at ₹289.40. The stock traded a volume of 49,952 shares, having established an intraday low of ₹285.35 from its open of ₹294.
