
Tata Motors Delivers Strong Sales with 1,32,465 Units in Q4 FY26; Sustains Robust 25% Year-on-Year Growth
Mumbai, 1 April, 2026: Tata Motors Ltd. announced total sales of 1,32,465 units in Q4 FY26, marking a 25% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to 1,05,643 units during Q4 FY25. March 2026 sales reached 47,976 units, up from 41,122 units in March 2025.The company's Q4 FY26 sales included 1,25,562 units for commercial vehicles, a 26% YoY increase. For the full year (FY26), sales volumes grew by 14% from 3,76,903 to 4,28,329 YoY.

Domestic sales of MH&ICV in March 2026, were 23,805 units compared to 20,474 units in March 2025 (16% YoY), while Q4 FY26 saw 64,904 units, up from 51,551 units in Q4 FY25 (26% YoY). EV volumes experienced a 59% YoY growth in FY26.
Mr. Girish Wagh, MD & CEO of Tata Motors Ltd., noted that the second half of FY26 witnessed a recovery in the commercial vehicle industry following a subdued first half. The company expanded its portfolio with new products like the Ace Pro and Winger 9S, upgraded its truck range to meet European safety norms (ECE R.029 03), and introduced the new Azura range.
Sales growth in March moderated due to the ongoing conflict in West Asia. Tata Motors is focused on supporting customers and maintaining production continuity.
