Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Limited (TNPL) announced the re-appointment of M/s. B. Thiagarajan & Co. as External Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The audit fees are set at Rs. 19,50,000 per annum, comprising Rs. 12,75,000 for Unit-I and Rs. 6,75,000 for Unit-II, plus applicable taxes.

The company also disclosed that it received fines totaling Rupees Four Lakh Eighty Nine thousand and Seven Hundred (Rs. 4,89,700) from both the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
