Syschem India Ltd Resolves NCLT Dispute with Lotus Builders; Enters Settlement Agreement​

Syschem India Limited has reached an amicable resolution in the matter pertaining to legal proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) involving M/S Lotus Builders. The company and Lotus Builders have entered into a comprehensive Settlement Agreement dated June 4, 2026.

The dispute centered on issues related to the dishonour of certain cheques issued by Syschem India Limited towards payment obligations to Lotus Builders. As part of the agreement, the parties committed to achieving a full and final settlement of all disputes, claims, and counterclaims arising from this matter pending before the NCLT, Chandigarh.

Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, Syschem India Limited agreed to make a settlement amount of %1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) towards the full and final settlement of all claims between the two parties. The company noted that this settlement carries no material adverse impact on its financials or operations, aside from the financial implications arising from the agreed payment.

Following the execution of the Settlement Agreement, both companies committed to undertaking necessary steps for the withdrawal or disposal of the proceedings pending before the NCLT, Chandigarh bench. This action will be taken subsequent to the full and final payment being completed by Syschem India Limited.

Stock Price Movement​

Syschem India Ltd. settled at ₹46.19 today after dipping 2.61%, marking a loss on the stock. The shares traded within an intraday range, reaching a high of ₹47.89 but pulling back as low as ₹44.99 during trading.
