
Syrma SGS Technology Limited Announces INR 1,595 Crore Investment in Andhra Pradesh
Syrma SGS Technology Limited announced on April 1, 2026, that it will invest approximately INR 1,595 crore to establish manufacturing and research and development (R&D) facilities in Andhra Pradesh. The development, initially communicated to exchanges on September 10, 2025, and updated on December 1, 2025, involves a joint venture with Shinhyup Electronics Co. Ltd. of South Korea.The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved the allotment of 26.70 acres of land in Menakuru Village, Naidupeta, to APIIC for establishing a manufacturing and R&D facility for single, multi-layer, HDI, and Flex printed circuit boards, a Copper Clad Laminate manufacturing facility, and an Electronics Manufacturing Services facility. Incentive packages under the Andhra Pradesh Electronics Components Manufacturing Policy (4.0), 2025-30, are also being considered.
The project will create over 1,000 direct jobs and strengthen India's electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Syrma SGS achieved consolidated revenue of approximately INR 3,839 crore for FY25.
