Vaidyanathan as the Internal Auditor of Swaraj Engines Limited. This change comes as he concludes his term as the Group Chief Internal Auditor of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Holding Company. The Board expressed sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude for the valuable contributions made by Mr. K. N. Vaidyanathan during his tenure with the company.
Simultaneously, the Board appointed Mr. Vimal Agarwal as the new Internal Auditor of Swaraj Engines Limited. The appointment is effective from July 1, 2026. Mr. Agarwal holds a Chartered Accountant qualification and an MBA, bringing 25 years of experience in finance, governance, and business strategy across multinational corporations and listed Indian entities.
Mr. Agarwal's background includes advanced roles at various organizations. During his time at PepsiCo India, he progressed through multiple leadership positions, managing financial operations, planning and analytics, and supply chain finance while embedding strong internal controls and governance practices. Subsequently, as CFO of Mahindra Lifespaces, he partnered with business leaders to scale sales and increase market capitalization, leading fundraising, digitalization, and private equity joint ventures. Furthermore, in his role over the past two years at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, he has enabled a comprehensive growth strategy while leveraging expertise in financial planning, investor relations, and performance optimization.
