M/s. S. Krishnamoorthy & Co. replace M/s. Subbachar & Srinivasan, who were the retiring statutory auditors.

The members approved a resolution regarding material related party transactions with LMW Limited (formerly Lakshmi Machine Works Limited). This approval permits the company to enter into agreements or contracts for up to Rs. 200 Crores for the period extending from the conclusion of the AGM until the next Annual General Meeting.
