Sunshield Chemicals Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window
Sunshield Chemicals Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are approved by the Board of Directors and subsequently filed with the stock exchange.
The date for the upcoming Board Meeting, where the financial results will be reviewed, will be announced in due course, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
