Sunlite Recycling Approves Final Dividend, Completes Stake Acquisition, Reports FY 2026 Results​

Sunlite Recycling Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on April 27, 2026. The board considered and approved the audited financial results for the half year and the full year ended March 31, 2026.

During the meeting, the board recommended a Final Dividend of 10% on Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2025-26. This dividend translates to Rs. 1/- (Rupee one only) per Equity Share, which has a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Fourth Annual General Meeting (4th AGM).

The company also appointed M/s RAVI PATEL & CO., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors, and M/s P P AMIPARA & CO., Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Sunlite Recycling Industries Limited raised a total of ₹1,706.51 Lakhs through a two-part preferential allotment:

1. Cash Allotment: 8,24,400 equity shares were allotted at a price of ₹207 per share, resulting in a cash inflow of ₹1,706.51 Lakhs. The proceeds were fully utilized as follows:

* Acquisition of Sunlite Aluminium Private Limited (Approx. 13.00% Stake): ₹650.00 Lakhs.

2. Non-Cash Allotment: An additional 21,01,448 equity shares were issued at a price of ₹207 per share as consideration other than cash. The aggregate value of these shares was ₹4,349.99 Lakhs.

Together, the cash and share swap arrangement constituted the total purchase consideration for the acquisition of Sunlite Aluminium Private Limited.
