Sundaram Trading Acquires 25,00,000 Equity Shares in BF Investment Ltd
BF Investment Limited announced that Sundaram Trading and Investment Private Limited, a member of the company’s promoter group, acquired 25,00,000 equity shares on March 24, 2026. The acquisition occurred through an inter-se transfer amongst members of the promoter group.Following the acquisition, Sundaram Trading and Investment Private Limited holds 1,22,93,068 equity shares, representing 32.63% of the company’s total share/voting capital. Prior to the acquisition, the holding was 97,93,068 shares, representing 26%.
The total equity share capital of BF Investment Limited is Rs. 18,83,38,140, consisting of 3,76,67,628 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
