Sundaram Clayton Completes Land Sale Transaction for ₹533.62 Crore
Sundaram Clayton Limited announced the completion of a land sale transaction with Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture between Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited and Prestige Estates Projects Limited. The transaction, initially announced on January 8, 2026, involves the sale of 16.33 acres of land located in Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu.The company received an advance of ₹25 crore for the land. The remaining consideration of ₹533.62 crore was received in full and final settlement of the transaction on March 26, 2026, at 3:50 p.m. (IST). The total value of the transaction amounts to ₹558.62 crore.
