The Scheme was sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai bench, vide its order dated February 4, 2026. Following this, the Company and the Transferor Company filed the certified copy of the Order with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, via INC-28 on February 23, 2026.
The Board of the Company considered and took on record the Effective Date of the Scheme as on and from February 23, 2026.
