Subsidiary of Dynamic Services & Security Limited Secures Work Order from North Central Railway
The Bharat Battery Manufacturing Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic Services & Security Limited, has secured a work order for the supply of Lead Acid Batteries. The contract was awarded by the PCMM Office of the North Central Railway in Subedarganj.The agreement involves supplying Low Maintenance Lead Acid Batteries, which consist of 55 cells, each rated at 2 Volts and 200 AH. This domestic contract has a total value of Rs. 1,09,85,800 (Rupees One Crore Nine Lakh Eighty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only).
The execution schedule for the order spans multiple periods, with commitments set from August 5, 2026, to November 4, 2026, and subsequently spanning two further periods in late 2026 and early 2027. The contract details are governed by the general terms and conditions of Indian Railways and other terms incorporated within the tender documents.
The transaction was confirmed as a domestic order, and there is no involvement of related party transactions or interests from the promoter group with the awarding entity.
