
String Metaverse Ltd. Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions Through Postal Ballot
String Metaverse Ltd. (formerly known as Bio Green Papers Limited) announced that all resolutions presented at its postal ballot meeting were duly passed by shareholders. The meeting, conducted on March 22, 2026, followed a notice dated February 13, 2026.Shareholders approved an increase in the authorized share capital and a consequent alteration to the capital clause of the company’s memorandum of association. Resolution No. 1 passed with 6,2543,261 valid votes cast in favor and 1 against.
Additionally, shareholders approved the sub-division (split) of the company’s equity shares. Resolution No. 2 received 6,2543,261 votes in favor and 1 against.
Finally, the company's shareholders approved an alteration of the capital clause of the memorandum of association. Resolution No. 3 received 6,2543,261 votes in favor and 1 against.
The voting process included electronic voting (e-voting) facilitated by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The cut-off date for identifying shareholders eligible to vote was February 13, 2026. Balaramakrishna Desina of Balaramakrishna & Associates served as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
