Steel Strips Wheels Reports Highest-Ever Monthly Turnover Driven by Aluminium and Agricultural Segments

Steel Strips Wheels Limited (SSWL) reported record performance for July 2026, highlighting a significant increase in both net and gross turnover. The company attributed its growth to strong demand across key segments, including Aluminium, two and three wheelers, and the tractor segment.

The results confirm that SSWL experienced its strongest month on record in terms of Rupee turnover and wheel volumes, indicating that the expansion is demand-led rather than price-driven.

The Aluminium segment contributed significantly, recording the highest-ever monthly volumes and showing a year-on-year increase of 38%, driven by accelerating premiumisation and the shift toward OEM alloy wheels. Overall monthly sales saw a rise of 51% year-over-year in value and 26% year-on-year in volume, marking the company’s highest monthly sales figures ever.

The Tractor segment also showed stable growth, with tractor wheels registering their highest-ever monthly volumes, reflecting a 10% year-on-year increase. Furthermore, export turnover grew by 39% year-over-year in value. This growth is supported by a continuing shift in the export mix towards higher realisation, involving Value added wheels (Aluminium and larger size steel wheels) instead of smaller, lower-value Steel wheels.
