The state-owned enterprise announced that she will cease to be Director (Finance) upon the completion of her fixed tenure, effective June 4, 2026.Ms. Nair was appointed to the role following an order from the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, dated May 20, 2025. The appointment placed Ms. Anoopa Shankarankutty Nair as a Director (Finance) on the Board of State Trading Corporation of India Limited for a period of one year, effective from the date of assuming charge or until further instructions were given.
The corporation has noted that upon the completion of this tenure, Ms. Anoopa Shankarankutty Nair will conclude her duties as Director (Finance).
