State Bank of India has successfully raised additional funding by issuing Non-convertible, Taxable, Perpetual, Unsecured, Fully Paid-up Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 Bonds. The bond issue, structured as debentures, was completed with a total issue size of Rs 4,691 crore and offered at a coupon rate of 7.75%.
