Management Notes and Strategic Updates​

  • Development Rights Transfer: The Board of Directors approved the assignment/transfer of Development Rights in the land underlying Stanrose Apartment Building to Prabhadevi Developer Private Limited (Developer).   • Captive Power Plant (CPP) Liability: The company is currently obliged to make a provision of Rs. 1375.74 lakhs concerning the electricity duty liability in terms of an order from the Supreme Court of India, following the appeal filed by the State of Maharashtra.
