Standard Capital Markets Ltd. Completes Partial Redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures​

Standard Capital Markets Ltd. announced the partial redemption of a portion of its Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCD-1) on March 30, 2026. The redemption was approved by the company’s Board of Directors via circulation.

The company redeemed 123 non-convertible debentures, each with a face value of ₹10,00,000, totaling ₹12,30,00,000. These debentures were initially allotted to holders on July 30, 2024, following a request from the debenture holder dated July 18, 2024.

The redemption was conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions established at the time of the debentures’ issuance. Following this partial redemption, the remaining balance of debentures stands at 881.
