Sonal Mercantile Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting scheduled to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting will be communicated subsequently.
