Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. announced that Mr. Ashok Jivarajbhai Sheth, a promoter of the company, disposed of 15,000 equity shares, representing 0.33% of the company's outstanding shares, on March 17, 2026.The shares were transferred to Mrs. Swati Hemendra Badani, another promoter of Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd., through an off-market transaction.
