Solara Active Pharma Sciences Initiates Transfer of Shares to IEPF for Unclaimed Dividend from FY 2018-19

Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has initiated procedures regarding shares pertaining to shareholders whose dividend payments from Financial Year 2018-19 remain unclaimed and unpaid. As per the rules governing such instances, these shares are liable for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.

The company announced that any equity shares related to dividends for FY 2018-19 that have not been claimed by shareholders for a consecutive period of seven years or more must be transferred to the IEPF Authority.

Shareholders who are in possession of these relevant shares are given until September 10, 2026, to claim the unpaid dividend amounts. The company has confirmed that after the specified date, no further claims for the unpaid dividend can be entertained.
