
A busy week is underway for the primary market as six companies are launching their Initial Public Offerings worth over Rs 2,000 crore starting January 12, with five firms also scheduled to list during the same week.
The IPO pipeline includes one mainboard issue and five SME offerings, reflecting sustained investor interest across segments.
Amagi Media Labs to Lead Mainboard IPO Activity
Among the six, Amagi Media Labs, a Bengaluru-based SaaS company backed by Premji Invest, Accel, and Norwest Venture Partners, is the only mainboard IPO this week.The Rs 1,789 crore public issue opens on January 13 and closes on January 16, with a price band of Rs 343 to Rs 361 per share. The offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale of 2.69 crore shares worth Rs 972.6 crore at the upper end of the price band.
Five SME IPOs Opening Across the Week
The remaining five IPOs, together worth Rs 238.11 crore, are being launched on SME platforms during the week.Avana Electrosystems and Narmadesh Brass Industries Open January 12
- Avana Electrosystems, a control and relay panels maker, is raising Rs 35.22 crore at a price band of Rs 56 to Rs 59 per share.
- Narmadesh Brass Industries is mobilising Rs 44.87 crore at a fixed price of Rs 515 per share.
Indo SMC and GRE Renew Enertech Open January 13
- Indo SMC, a junction and meter boxes manufacturer, is looking to raise nearly Rs 92 crore at a price band of Rs 141 to Rs 149 per share.
- GRE Renew Enertech, a solar EPC company, plans to raise Rs 39.6 crore at a price band of Rs 100 to Rs 105 per share.
Armour Security India IPO Opens January 14
- Armour Security India opens its IPO on January 14, aiming to raise Rs 26.5 crore through an issue of 46.5 lakh equity shares priced between Rs 55 and Rs 57 per share.
IPOs Closing This Week
- Bharat Coking Coal, India’s largest coal miner and a Coal India subsidiary, will close its Rs 1,071.11 crore IPO on January 13. The issue saw strong demand on its opening day on January 9, with overall subscription reaching 8.09 times.
- SME issue Defrail Technologies will also close on January 13, after being subscribed 74 percent on day one.
Five Companies to Make Market Debut This Week
The secondary market will also witness five IPO listings during the week:- Bharat Coking Coal will be the only mainboard listing, scheduled for January 16.
- SME listings include Gabion Technologies India debuting on January 13 on the BSE SME platform.
- Victory Electric Vehicles International and Yajur Fibres will list on January 14 on NSE Emerge and BSE SME, respectively.
- Defrail Technologies is expected to debut on the BSE SME on January 16.
