SIS Limited acquires 4.20% stake in Updater Services Limited

SIS Limited has completed the acquisition of equity shares in Updater Services Limited (UDS). The purchase represents 4.20% of the paid-up equity share capital of UDS, which is part of the company's ongoing treasury management operations.

The acquisition was finalized on June 5, 2026. For the cost of INR 51.39 crore, SIS Limited acquired 28,13,000 equity shares of Updater Services Limited.

Updater Services Limited operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry and functions as a leading, end-to-end integrated business services platform. The acquisition was completed using cash consideration.
