Sinclairs Hotels Announces Financial Results for FY 2025-26; Recommends 40% Dividend

Sinclairs Hotels Limited, a leading hospitality company operating across key destinations in India, has released its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company announced a dividend recommendation of 40%, affirming its financial standing and projecting strong future growth.

For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, Sinclairs Hotels recorded a Total Income of ₹6,241.90 lakh, showing improvement compared to the ₹5,961.36 lakh recorded in the previous year. Revenue from operations for the full year stood at ₹5,923.91 lakh, marking a growth of 10.89% from ₹5,342.37 lakh in the last year.

The company’s profitability metrics for the year were:

  • EBITDA: ₹2,215.39 lakh (compared to ₹2,451.10 lakh previous year)
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹1,193.90 lakh (compared to ₹1,781.46 lakh previous year)
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹905.44 lakh (compared to ₹1,399.68 lakh previous year)

The decline in EBITDA, PBT, and PAT for the fiscal year was attributed to the diminution in the value of investments during the last quarter, stemming from a steep fall in the market.

For the quarter ending March 31, 2026, the Total Income was ₹1,369.81 lakh, contrasting with ₹1,557.86 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter increased by 16.64% to ₹1,675.63 lakh (up from ₹1,436.55 lakh). Profit/(Loss) After Tax stood at an estimated (₹85.98 lakh), compared to a profit of ₹378.49 lakh during the same period last year.

Dividend Recommendation and Financial Stability

The Board of Directors recommended maintaining a dividend of 40%, equivalent to ₹0.80 per equity share of the face value ₹2. This dividend amounts to ₹410.08 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The company continues to maintain a debt-free balance sheet. As of March 31, 2026, the Other Equity (excluding Revaluation Reserve) stood at ₹10,743.59 lakh.
