Silky Overseas Limited has received board approval to avail a significant Term Loan Facility from the Bank of Baroda SME Branch in New Delhi. The loan is designated for financing solar projects and amounts to ₹1,32,00,000 (Rupees One Crore and Thirty-Two Lakh Only).The decision was taken during the Board of Directors meeting held on July 28, 2026. Following the approval by the company's board, Silky Overseas Limited is set to finalize the terms and conditions of the facility with Bank of Baroda.
In addition to approving the loan, the Board granted specific authorization regarding the necessary financial obligations. Directors Mr. Sawar Mal Goyal and Mr. Ananya Goyal were authorized to complete all required documentation relating to the transaction. This authority covers finalizing and executing applications, agreements, loan documents, security creation deeds, and any other papers needed for securing the facility from the Bank.
