Sigachi Industries Ltd has announced the postponement of its Board Meeting that was scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2026. The meeting was slated to review and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Company determined that it needed to postpone the Board Meeting. Sigachi Industries stated that it will inform the Stock Exchanges regarding the revised date of the meeting in due course.
The company confirmed that the closure of the Trading Window, which was previously intimated to the Stock Exchanges, will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results.
