Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited has announced a significant expansion of its manufacturing footprint, securing premises on lease in Pune, Maharashtra. This new facility is intended for the manufacture of Automotive Busbars/connectors and their subsequent assemblies.

The company confirmed the lease of the Pune premises to establish a new operational hub for its products.

In other operational news, Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited stated that the previously indicated launch date for the new facility, scheduled for April 2026, has been deferred. The delay is attributed to pending permissions and consents required from relevant government authorities.

The company emphasized that it is actively pursuing the necessary approvals and will keep stakeholders informed of any further developments. Meanwhile, the current order processing and handling operations continue at the existing facilities located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
