Share India Securities Limited has announced its results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27 (Q1-FY27), reporting consolidated revenues of INR 4,481 Mn. The company achieved a Net Profit of INR 1,244 Mn, marking a new high for its quarterly consolidated net profit.

The results showcase significant growth across key financial metrics, with revenue growing by 31.3%, EBITDA by 45.2%, and Net Profit rising by 47.2% year-on-year (YoY).

Business Segment Performance Highlights​

Share India Securities Ltd demonstrated strong performance across its diversified business segments during the quarter. The company’s broking operations saw a robust client base with 48,061 clients serviced and an average daily turnover of INR 90 Bn. The institutional client base grew to 212. Meanwhile, Asset Under Management (AUM) in the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) increased by 47.8% YoY, reaching INR 4,655 Mn.

The NBFC business remains a core component of the company's operations. The loan book stood at INR 2,682 Mn, with disbursements totaling INR 799 Mn for the quarter. Share India serviced 37,538 NBFC clients across its 68 branches. Asset quality in this segment saw improvement, with Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) reducing by 25 basis points (bps) Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) to 4.05%. Net NPA declined by 40 bps QoQ to 2.26%, and the Return on Assets (ROA) improved to 1.71% from 1.55% in Q4-FY26.

In its Mutual Fund business, Total Assets under Administration (AUA) reached INR 2,307 Mn, servicing 19,632 mutual fund customers.

Operational Scale and Corporate Action​

The company’s network extends across the country, with a total of 225 broking branches and franchisees, alongside the 68 NBFC branches mentioned above. Furthermore, Share India has covered 112,800 lives under insurance.

Amidst these results, the Board declared the first interim dividend of INR 0.50 per share on shares with a face value of INR 2/- each.

Management expressed satisfaction with the performance in Q1-FY27, noting that the company delivered its highest-ever quarterly net profit. The management highlighted continuous effort in expanding the client base and the MTF book. The company reaffirmed its focus on disciplined execution and leveraging technology to drive sustainable long-term growth across its diversified financial services platform.
