Shanthala FMCG Products Limited announced a delay in submitting its Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company indicated that the finalization of the accounts and subsequent audit process required further input, leading to the postponed submission of the results.The delay was attributed to the Statutory Auditors requiring clarification from the company's Management and CFO. Consequently, the preparation of the accounts and the detailed audit review are still ongoing. Shanthala FMCG Products Limited stated that the auditors are currently in the process of conducting a detailed review before the results can be finalized.
Regarding internal trading parameters, the company confirmed that the trading window for insiders, which had been closed since April 1, 2026, will remain closed. The closure period will extend until 48 hours after the official dissemination of the Standalone and Consolidated audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, inclusive of both days.
The company stated that it is implementing all necessary measures to expedite the completion of the audit process. Management added that steps are also being taken to strengthen internal procedures to prevent such delays in the future.
