Shakti Press Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Registered Office of the Company.The primary focus of the board meeting will be the discussion, consideration, and approval of key corporate actions related to a proposed Rights Issue.
The agenda items set for the Board include:
- The brief term of the Rights Issue, covering the offered Equity shares, the specific issue price per equity share, the Right entitlement ratio, and the Terms of Payment.
- Determination of the Record date, timing of the Rights Issue, and other matters associated with or incidental to the rights issue.
In line with its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Shakti Press Ltd. has also notified its directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives regarding the closure of the Trading Window. The trading window remains closed from April 20, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the scheduled board meeting.
