The revocation concerns the manufacturing unit of the company’s subsidiary, SASPL, located at Baroda -Godhra Highway, Kalol, District Panchmahal, Gujarat. This follows an initial direction dated March 10, 2026, issued by the GPCB under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

According to the company, the GPCB's revocation order confirms that the closure directions have been lifted for three months. This decision was granted after a review of the compliance measures undertaken by the unit.

The company noted that the continuation of operations is subject to specific conditions: compliance with the Consolidated Consent Authorisation (CCA) conditions and the undertaking previously submitted by the subsidiary.
