Mumbai – March 25, 2026 – SEPL Energy Private Limited, the sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, executed a sale of 26,25,000 units of the trust on March 24, 2026. The transaction involved 11,50,000 units sold on the BSE Limited and 14,75,000 units on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.The total value of the sale was Rs. 32,81,25,000. Following the transaction, SEPL Energy Private Limited holds 72,25,000 units, representing a 2.83% stake in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust. Prior to the sale, the company held 98,50,000 units, representing 3.85% of the total outstanding units.
