New Delhi, April 14, 2026 – SBEC Systems (India) Limited announced on April 14, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the sanction letter for a term loan facility.During the Board meeting held on the date, the directors sanctioned a term loan of Rs. 2.80 Crores from SVC Co-operative Bank Limited. This funding is earmarked for the installation of a Solar Power Unit.
Following the approval, the Company will enter into a Term Loan Agreement to avail the facility amounting to Rs. 2.80 Crores.
