Sayaji Hotels Announces Promoter Share Sale to Meet Public Shareholding Requirements

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited announced on March 27, 2026, that Mrs. Anisha Raoof Dhanani, a promoter of the company, intends to sell equity shares to comply with Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirements. The move follows an open offer by Century 21 Officespace Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert, which resulted in the promoter group’s shareholding exceeding permissible limits and a subsequent decrease in public shareholding.

According to a filing, Mrs. Dhanani intends to sell 5,000 equity shares, representing 0.16% of the company’s total paid-up share capital. The sale is expected to be completed by March 30, 2026.

The company has received undertakings from other promoter group members stating they will not purchase shares during the sale period.
