Mumbai – March 24, 2026 – Sarvamangal Mercantile Company Limited announced today the closure of its trading window for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This action is in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Insiders & for Fair Disclosure.The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared. The date for the board meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be announced subsequently.
