The total consideration for the sale shares was approximately Rs. 3.62/- (Rupees Three and Paisa Sixty-Two Only) per Equity Share.

The combined holdings of the sellers amounted to 25,97,370 shares, representing 43.70% of the company's capital.

Open Offer Terms and Financial Commitment​
