Saregama India Limited Appoints Nayan Kumar Misra as Nodal Officer
Saregama India Limited announced the appointment of Nayan Kumar Misra as the new Nodal Officer, effective March 24, 2026. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Mahesh Chaturvedi from his role as Chief Financial Officer and Nodal Officer.The decision was made by the Board of Directors through a resolution, in compliance with Rule 7 (2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. Mr. Misra will be responsible for verification of claims and coordination with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
