The transaction was finalized on July 22, 2026.The acquisition involved Saregama acquiring 35,635 Equity shares representing approximately 4.82% of Pocket Aces’ issued and paid up share capital (on a fully diluted basis). This tranche sale consideration amounted to INR 20,05,24,559, which was paid to the selling shareholders of Pocket Aces.
Post-acquisition, the company's holding in Pocket Aces reached 95.76%. The purchase consolidated Saregama’s interest and strengthens existing synergies across both companies in the artiste and influencer management as well as long form video creation businesses. While one of the sellers was a managing director of Pocket Aces, making that specific transaction a related party matter, the shares acquired from other selling shareholders did not constitute a related party transaction.
