Saatvik Green Energy Appoints Key Managerial Personnel and Details Management Changes​

Ms. Jyoti Verma, who holds the designation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and a Law Graduate. Ms. Verma's expertise covers SEBI Listing Regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, and frameworks related to FEMA-RBI. Her career experience includes leading legal and compliance functions at EPACK Durable Limited, a listed entity, and holding senior leadership positions with organizations such as Dhanuka Agritech Limited, BC Jindal Group, and Cosmo Group.

Mr. Rishabh Mehtta was appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over ten years of professional experience and is also a CFA Charter holder. Mr. Mehtta has experience working with the Chartered Accountants firm C. B. Chhajed & Co., where he handled statutory and tax audits for various listed and private entities. He has demonstrated expertise in income tax matters and corporate affairs.

In a related operational update, the Board took note of the transfer and change in role and responsibilities of Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj, who served as the Chief Operating Officer and designated Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj will transition to Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited. Consequently, Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj will cease to be designated as Senior Management Personnel of Saatvik Green Energy Limited at the close of business hours on April 30, 2026.
