S V Global Mill Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 535621) announced that the trading window for its designated individuals and their immediate relatives will be closed starting April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the public announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting where these results will be considered will be communicated later.
During this period, designated individuals, including promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, identified employees, immediate relatives, connected persons, are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
