RPG Life Sciences Limited has announced a change in its board composition following the completion of an Independent Director’s tenure, resulting in the reconstitution of the company's Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee.The Board confirmed that Ms. Zahabiya Khorakiwala, an Independent Director of the company, completed her second consecutive five year term on July 26, 2026. As a result of this tenure completion, she will no longer be a member of the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Effective from July 27, 2026, the committee has been reconstituted with three members to oversee its responsibilities. The new composition includes Ms. Radhika Gupta as Chairperson, supported by Mr. Sachin Nandgaonkar and Mr. Ashok Nair.
