Royal Orchid Hotels Expands Leisure Footprint with New Regenta Place Resort in Jim Corbett

Bengaluru, January 16, 2026: Royal Orchid Hotels Limited announced the addition of a new leisure property, Regenta Place Resort, Jim Corbett, strengthening its presence in high-demand leisure destinations across North India. The upcoming resort will be developed in partnership with Vacan Hauss Realty and will operate under the company’s Regenta Place brand.

The Jim Corbett property is being positioned as an upscale leisure and corporate retreat destination, catering to wildlife tourists, adventure travellers, and MICE demand. The resort will feature 50 spacious rooms, supported by a full-service restaurant and bar, a 3,500 sq ft banquet hall for conferences and social events, and wellness amenities including a spa, swimming pool, and gym.

Commenting on the expansion, Chairman and Managing Director Chander K. Baljee said that Jim Corbett continues to be a strategic leisure hub for North India, and the new Regenta Place aligns with the group’s strategy of capturing premium leisure markets with strong year-round demand. The partnership is expected to enhance Royal Orchid’s resort portfolio while leveraging the growing domestic tourism trend.

The addition at Jim Corbett further strengthens Royal Orchid Hotels’ mixed portfolio of business and leisure properties under its Royal Orchid and Regenta brands, which span five-star, four-star, and resort categories across India.

Share price update: Royal Orchid Hotels Limited was trading at ₹394, up 0.43 percent, as of 9:55 am IST on January 16, 2026. The stock opened at ₹390.35, touched an intraday high of ₹395 and a low of ₹389.10 during early trade.
