Roselabs Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for company securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.The decision follows the company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading. Designated individuals have been notified of the trading window restrictions.
