ROHL Strengthens Spiritual Tourism Portfolio with Launch of Regenta Devarayah Tirupati

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has launched its new property, Regenta Devarayah Tirupati, through its subsidiary Regenta Hotels Private Limited. The hotel marks a significant expansion for Royal Orchid and is designed to cater to the demand for luxury accommodation in India's major pilgrimage destinations.

The Regenta brand, which functions as an upscale 4-star offering, is focused on providing contemporary facilities and exceptional value. Positioned with the tagline 'Where Devotion Meets Comfort & Contemporary Luxury,' Regenta Devarayah Tirupati targets devout pilgrims, families, and business or leisure travelers.

Strategically located in Tirupati, the hotel offers guests stunning views of the sacred Seshachalam Hills (seven hills). The property boasts excellent connectivity, situated just 2 km from Tirupati Railway Station and RTC Bus Stand. It is also located near key religious sites, including the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple (Tirupati Balaji), Sri Padmavathi Temple, and ISKCON Temple.

The hotel features 56 thoughtfully designed accommodations, which include Deluxe Rooms, Club Rooms, Suite Rooms, and two Presidential Suites. Guests are provided with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LED televisions, ergonomic workspaces, tea/coffee makers, and comfortable bedding.

Culinary offerings at the property are led by Pinxx, an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant that serves a diverse menu spanning South Indian specialties, North Indian favorites, vegetarian delights, and beverages. The hotel also provides round-the-clock in-room dining and refreshments.

Key features of Regenta Devarayah Tirupati include a Rooftop Infinity Swimming Pool with panoramic mountain views, a Gym / Fitness Centre, and a Spa located on the 6th floor. For events and business gatherings, the property offers versatile Banquet & Event Facilities for up to 200 guests, along with three Board Rooms, in addition to EV Charging Stations and a Travel Desk offering guided tours and transportation assistance.

A major operational highlight is the hotel's focus on sustainability; it achieves 80% power consumption through solar energy. This makes Regenta Devarayah Tirupati the first such hotel in Andhra Pradesh and the ninth in India utilizing Vertical Solar technology with a 220 kW capacity.

Commenting on the launch, Chander K. Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., stated that the debut of Regenta Devarayah Tirupati is a proud addition to their portfolio. He noted that Tirupati's rising tourism and spiritual significance make it an ideal destination for the Regenta brand, allowing the group to deliver a comfortable and spiritually enriching experience while upholding the established service standards of Royal Orchid Hotels.

Regenta Devarayah Tirupati is now operational and accepting reservations.
