RITES Limited Announces Changes in Senior Management​

RITES Limited announced updates regarding its senior management structure, detailing transfers and an inclusion of a veteran infrastructure strategist, effective April 8, 2026.

The company confirmed that Mrs. Shobhana Palli, who previously served as GGM/Civil & Regional Head-SRPO (part of the Senior Management), has been transferred. She has taken over the charge as Vertical Head/RI & Metro (part of the Senior Management) at the RI Vertical in Gurgaon (Shikhar), effective April 8, 2026.

Additionally, Colonel Mahesh Narayan, GGM/Civil, has been transferred from the RI Vertical, Gurgaon, to the SRPO/Bangalore. With this posting, he has taken over the role of Regional Head, Southern Region Project Office (SRPO), effective April 8, 2026, and is consequently included in the Senior Management of the Company.
