Gurugram, June 29, 2026: RITES Ltd., a leading transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR). The collaboration aims to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development and improvement of CONCOR's terminals and establishments.

The partnership will utilize RITES' multidisciplinary expertise in engineering and project management to support the planning, design, execution, and supervision of infrastructure projects being undertaken for CONCOR. Under the terms of the MoU, CONCOR may engage RITES on a work-to-work basis for PMC services extending from concept to commissioning.

The scope of services encompassed by the partnership includes feasibility studies, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR), detailed engineering and architectural and structural design, quality assurance, project supervision, and construction management. The overall collaboration is set to support the development and enhancement of crucial infrastructure elements in India's logistics sector. These facilities include multimodal logistics parks, inland container depots, rail-linked terminals, warehouses, railway infrastructure, administrative buildings, roads, utilities, and allied facilities.

Both RITES and CONCOR plan to leverage their respective strengths through this collaboration, contributing to the timely execution of logistics infrastructure projects and fostering efficient multimodal logistics capabilities across the country.
