Ritco Logistics Announces Trading Window Closure
Ritco Logistics Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s “Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders,” which aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared.
The date for the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be announced at a later time.
