Richfield Financial Services Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for share dealing, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and period ended March 31, 2026.
During this period, directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s equity shares. Violations of this restriction may result in penalties under SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
