Rhetan TMT Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The trading window will be closed from April 15, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are restricted from trading in the company's securities. The measure is in place to prevent potential insider trading.
